I will give you my broker’s price opinion of the most likely price your home may sell for. Ultimately, you will determine your selling price, but I am here to lend expert advice to set you up for success.
Showing Your Home
Once your home is ready to be introduced to the market, I will schedule open-houses and private home tours to maximize your exposure to potential buyers. I will act as your front-line advocate to inform buyers of all your home has to offer. My job is to find you and ready and able buyer!
Creating Your Checklist
Do you need help preparing, staging, cleaning, or repairing your home? I will advise you on all that will need to be done to market and sell your home and connect you with my network of specialists to get your home in tip-top shape! We will go over schedules, inspections, mandatory disclosures, and timing of documents to expedite you through the selling process.
Contract Preparation and Review
I will present and review all offers on your home with you. Constant communication and ability to negotiate are essential skills that I will bring to this transaction so you may effortlessly sign a purchase and sale agreement. I will be there all the way until closing to help you tie up any loose ends.
